Sector
The Principal acquired extensive post - qualification experience
in Public Sector
Organisations (PSOs) over a 7-year period before the establishment
of AB Consulting.
Services have been provided to PSOs including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, and a Water Authority. In most cases, such
assignments have taken between 3 and 9 months to complete. Work
has been undertaken in Scotland, England, and Wales.
NHS work has included assisting one NHS body in completing the
financial and economic evaluation work for 2 distinct Private
Finance Initiative (PFI) projects, and providing similar input in
the required post implementation review for the earlier project.
Other work has featured the preparation of business cases, financial analyses, and
varied research for compilation of reports to management.
Local Government work has included business development of Central
Support Services and development of recharging systems to front
line services; tender documents preparation including
appraisals; and co-ordinating the development of a council-wide
Base Budget Review. |
